We aim to ensure that your stay will be memorable for all the right reasons and want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. We will do everything we can to ensure your comfort and enjoyment during your stay, so do let us know if you have any special needs or requirements in advance. Whichever accommodation you choose to stay in, you will be warm, comfortable and welcome and enjoy a true value holiday for a surprisingly small budget. We provide cots and cot bedding for young children on request.
Apart from family holidays in North Wales and all sorts of group holiday breaks, we provide an ideal business retreat, a perfect atmosphere for that all important team building.
Bed and Breakfast

Our Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the main house offers an exceptional family welcome. The rooms are charming and in keeping with the Welsh country style of the area. You will wake to the aroma of a full British breakfast, just what you will need to set you up for the day. We have double rooms en-suite, family rooms, a guest lounge and dining room. All our rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, TV, DVD (with a selection of DVD films for you to choose from), and Sky.
Farm House
Stay in our traditional, Welsh farm house, fully equipped to a high standard. The farm house sleeps 20 people. It is made up of 3 family rooms, 3 double rooms, and 1 twin. Many of the rooms are en suite, and there is an additional shower and family bathroom. Enjoy cooking in the large farmhouse kitchen, with range master oven, oak worktops, exposed beams and slate floor, or relaxing in the large lounge with wood burning fire.

Holiday Cottage
The large cottage is perfect for families or groups of friends who want a 'home away from home' budget accommodation that is great value for money. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is well laid out. A roomy lounge with exposed wooden beams and an open log burning fire creates the cosy atmosphere that is evident throughout the cottage. The cottage is fully equipped with cooker, crockery etc, dishwasher, TV, DVD, Sky and we provide all your bedding.

3 nights or less - £20/person/night with a minimum charge of £100/night
Bunk House
Our final option (but by no means least) is the Bunk House, which is ideal for school groups, colleagues, professionals, celebrations or groups of friends who want to explore the area. The Bunk House sleeps up to 22 people and is equipped with all the necessities from Cooker, crockery etc, Dishwasher, TV, DVD, SKY. We provide all your bedding so yes, all you need to bring with you is your towel and toothbrush.
The accommodation comprises two dorms, one which sleeps 14 and the other sleeps 8. Booking is only ever on a 'Sole Occupancy' basis.
Price - £15/person/Night (but we do charge for a minimum of 12 people).
If your booking is for a group larger than 22, then why not book our cottage as well, that's another 10 friends or family members.
Additional Information
Outside in our large courtyard area is a wealth of tables and benches so that you can sit, or party outside. We also have BBQ facilities which our guests are welcome to use.
Evening Meals
For large groups, we can provide an evening meal. This can be anything from a pan of chilli, stew, variety of pasta, curry, your choice. Again, this is served to you in our dining room in the main house. Please let us know at least a couple of days before your visit, and I'm sure we can sort something for you.
