Accommodation
We aim to ensure that your stay will be memorable for all the right reasons and want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. We will do everything we can to ensure your comfort and enjoyment during your stay, so do let us know if you have any special needs or requirements in advance. Whichever accommodation you choose to stay in, you will be warm, comfortable and welcome. We provide cots and cot bedding for young children on request.
Bed and Breakfast Accommodation - From £30/person/night (discounts for children under the age of 16, children under the age of 5 are free)
Our Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the main house offers an exceptional family welcome. The rooms are charming and in keeping with the Welsh country style of the area. You will wake to the aroma of a full British breakfast, just what you will need to set you up for the day. We have double rooms en-suit, family rooms, a guest lounge and dining room. All our rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, TV, DVD (with a selection of DVD films for you to choose from), and Sky. (See breakfast menu below)
Cottage Accommodation from as little as £20/person/night/sleeps 8 people (prices will vary depending on the time of year, duration, etc)
The large private cottage is perfect for families or groups of friends who want a 'home away from home' to enjoy their holiday in. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and is well laid out. A roomy lounge with exposed wooden beams and an open log burning fire creates the cosy atmosphere that is evident throughout the cottage. The cottage is fully equipped with cooker, crockery etc, dishwasher, TV, DVD, Sky and we provide all your bedding.
Our prices for the cottage do vary according to the season, and the longer you stay, the cheaper it is. On average, a weekend would be charged at £135/night, that's just £15/person based on 8 people. A full week will cost on average £550, that's just £78.50/night, a two week booking would cost you only £900, that's just £64.20 per night. For exact prices, please do ring or email us, and I am sure we will be able to sort something for you. (Prices include heating and electricity).
Bunk House Accommodation from £15/person/night (minimum of 10 people)
Our final option (but by no means least) is the Bunk House, which is ideal for school groups, colleagues, professionals, celebrations or groups of friends who want to explore the area. The Bunk House sleeps up to 20 people and is equipped with all the necessities from Cooker, crockery etc, Dishwasher, TV, DVD, SKY. We provide all your bedding so yes, all you need to bring with you is your towel and toothbrush.
The accommodation comprises two dorms, one which sleeps 14 and the other sleeps 6. Booking is only ever on a 'Sole Occupancy' basis. Our prices are charged at £15/person/Night (but we do charge for a minimum of 10 people). If your booking is for a group larger than 20, then why not book our cottage as well, that's another 8 friends or family members.
Additional Information
Outside in our large courtyard area is a wealth of tables and benches so that you can sit, or party outside. We also have BBQ facilities which our guests are welcome to use.
For large groups, we can provide an evening meal. This can be anything from a pan of chili, stew, variety of pasta, curry, your choice. Again, this is served to you in our dining room in the main house. Please let us know at least a couple of days before your visit, and I'm sure we can sort something for you.

Breakfast Menu
Choice of cereals, grapefruit, fresh fruit, toast (as much as you can eat), sausages, bacon, egg, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh orange juice, fresh coffee, tea (as much as you can drink). We also cater for vegetarians, and are happy to provide a food of your preference, just let us know when you book. We won't let anyone leave Pen-Isar-Llan hungry.
